House Rules

Villa Felipe is a private home, carefully maintained for the comfort and enjoyment of every guest. We kindly ask you to treat the property, its contents and its surroundings with the same care you would your own home. Read through these rules carefully upon arrival.

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

  • The number of guests staying at the villa must correspond with the reservation. Additional visitors require prior approval.

  • Furniture, decorative pieces, kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture and other belongings should be put back in their designated places before departure.

    Empty the bins, up - and downstairs.

    Please make sure kitchen tools are cleaned properly. Microwave and oven as well.

    Check for dirt and toys near the swimming pool.

    Please do not flush sanitary towels, tampons, wipes or any other non-flushable items down the toilet.

  • Please switch off air conditioning when leaving the villa and keep doors and windows closed while it is operating.

  • Please ensure that the villa is securely closed whenever you leave the property. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen.

  • Pets are not allowed, unless expressly agreed with the owner in advance.

  • Respectful use of water and electricity.

  • Please report any damage or breakage immediately. This allows us to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

    Any damage, breakage, loss, excessive cleaning or other costs resulting from failure to respect these house rules may be deducted from the security deposit.

    In the case of significant damage or costs exceeding the amount of the deposit, the guest may be responsible for the additional amount.

Getting to Villa Felipe

Getting to Villa Felipe is simple, with a range of convenient transport options available from Alicante Airport. Whether you prefer the freedom of your own car, the ease of public transport or a private door-to-door journey, you can choose the option that best suits your stay.

  • Rent a car directly at Alicante Airport. We recommend Centauro for a convenient and hassle-free experience.

  • The nearest staton is at Venta Lanuza, located at 500m from the villa.

  • For the easiest door-to-door journey, Uber is also available from Alicante Airport directly to Villa Felipe.

    For small groceries or last-minute affairs, this supermarket is located at only 1km from the villa.

  • Aldi

    German supermarket with a lot of European products. They mostly sell their own brand. 10min drive.

  • Mercadona

    Spanish supermarket with mostly Spanish products. They also deliver at home above a certain amount. There are two Mercadona’s located in El Campello. 10min drive.

  • Carrefour

    XL supermarket located in San Juan, 15min drive, you can find everything here. From fresh made sushi to tv’s and clothes. Also open on Sundays.

  • Lidl

    German supermarket where you can also find a lot of European brands, but mostly their own brand. Very family friendly and good discounts.

  • Pharmacy

    Pharmacy located next to the Udaco supermarket, at 1km from the villa.
